1Okay, here is the first WIP shot. I've got the base down and just need to refine it some more. Still need to fix up a fair bit but it's a start. Will work on the eyes (including lashes and eyebrows) and hair after that.

Kewl. Can you post a larger rez version? I can annotate corrections over the image. If you can save out a dxf file, that would be better. I see alot of areas I can get you started on.
One other thing. Based on my own experience modelling heads from my own drawings, are that the drawings themselves are more often than not flawed. I'd only use them as a general guideline. In fact you may need to deviate from them considerably. I'd try and use whatever anatomical references you have, on the net, etc.
I'll post a larger rez version tonight after a do a few more fixes. I'll look into saving a .dxf file as well.
Regarding your templates, I've been trying to keep to them as much as possible but I'm also using my own books and references. I'm also trying to make sure from a technical standpoint that it will animate well too.
I don't want it to be ultra-realistic as I want it to be a bit stylized. I will make minor adjustments from your templates as where I see fit however. Your templates are excellent nonetheless. I know you're a stickler for accuracy and the finer details so they lined up pretty well and the shading helped out a lot too.
